All purchases regardless of size shipped within the continental United States , or to P.O. Boxes, APO , or FPO addresses will have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

Orders to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands are shipped for a flat shipping fee of $7.99 via USPS Priority Mail.

If you wish to upgrade the shipping and have your order sent UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day, call us for cost. Please note, if your address is a P.O. Box, APO , or FPO, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Questions About Your Shipment

When you receive your package from Lifespan, carefully compare the items on the invoice found inside with the products you received. Occasionally, the packing material inside your box can cover up smaller bottles. If there is a discrepancy, contact us at (866) 856-5445 within ten days of receiving your package.

If You Wish to Make a Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number before you send your merchandise back to Lifespan. Request your RA number by calling (866) 856-5445 or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@gottryptophan.com with Return written in the subject line. NOTE: Your request for an RA number must be placed within 30 days of receiving your package.

Undelivered Packages

We're sorry, but if your products are returned to us undelivered, Lifespan cannot refund shipping and handling.
